Huge congratulations to our newest Matwork Education graduates! 🎓✨
Since January, this amazing group has been diving deep—studying, training, observing, and mastering Joe Pilates’ original method. Seeing their growth, dedication, and passion over the last few months has been incredibly rewarding. I am so proud of the progress they’ve made and can’t wait to see them inspire their own students.
Welcome to the teaching community, everyone! 🥂

DAY 6 of MARCH MATNESS:

One Leg Stretch (AKA Single Leg Stretch)

➡️One leg bends in to the chest, other leg reaches away.
➡️Start at a 45 degree angle if possible.
➡️As you become stronger, lower your straight leg to eye level for more difficulty.

DAY 5 of MARCH MATNESS: Rolling back AKA Rolling like a Ball. Hold on to your ankles, tip your weight back toward your sacrum and hover your feet. Roll back into the mat toward your shoulder blades and then back up to balance. Keep space between your stomach and thighs and try to keep your shoulders and knees close as you roll. To make it easier hold behind your knees in a more open position. To make it harder, make the ball smaller. The ROLL DOWN is a great prep for rolling like a ball if you have a tight back. pilatesstockholm studioodenplan rollinglikeaball massageyourspine mat matwork matclass marchmatness2026 original34 smallgrouptraining gruppträning essentialpilatesvia progressivepilatesvia pilatesviamat pilatesviaessential
