Antoine’s experience within the health and fitness industry includes having his own Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning company where he works with a variety of people ranging from boxers, Mixed Martial artists, footballers to clients who want to lead a healthier life. His pas

sion is to develop people mentally and physically and enjoys the challenge of helping people reach their goals. I have helped clients who have specific sports related targets to clients who have lifelong diseases and want to make improvements in their all round capabilities. Antoine has a strong focus on mobility, movement and strength training and believes if the body is balanced and moving effectively your life will be all the better for it. With everyone's goals being different He is able to tailor and adjust specific programs for people allowing their progress to be steady and achievable. He is also passionate about developing peoples understanding of fitness and nutrition ensuring his clients make the right choices at the right time for themselves. Antoine’s enjoys physical activity and working with a variety of equipment and tool kits to ensure his clients reap the rewards of his evolving skill set. In a world full of madness it’s great to be able to share a nice story! This is the story of a man with total integrity and I am so thankful for this gift and experience!

Recently I was reunited with an old friend and fellow martial arts enthusiast Mark Ganaden. Many years ago Mark borrowed a book from me and I always wondered where it had gone. 26 years later, I now know 🤣. The picture below shows what a great man Mark is and I am so grateful I received the book back as well as an old school Martial Arts magazine. This book and this magazine are pure gold!
