I’m Thoa — a mom of twin boys, a wife, and today, someone who wakes up excited for life. But it wasn’t always this way. I grew up in Sweden after moving here from Vietnam at seven years old. For years, I worked as a school tutor — a job that looked “good” on paper but left me feeling drained, unfulfilled, and disconnected from my own life. I was away from my kids for long hours every day. I felt like time was slipping through my fingers — and along with it, my confidence and sense of worth. I wanted more than just paying the bills. I wanted a life that felt meaningful… a life that lit me up inside. One day, I realized: if I didn’t make a change, nothing would change. So I started searching for something different — something that would give me freedom, fulfillment, and the courage to dream bigger. That’s when I discovered a marketing webinar that became the turning point. It introduced me to an online business I could build from home, with a community that believed in me until I believed in myself again. Today, I work in a way that feels aligned with my values. I have the flexibility to be present for my kids, the joy of traveling, the excitement of building something of my own — and, most importantly, the confidence and self-worth I thought I’d lost. Nothing. 😂

No big plans. No “I should probably…”

Just home, comfy clothes and chilling for the rest of the afternoon. 💗

And I am VERY okay with that.

Although knowing me, I’ll probably walk past the kitchen in an hour and somehow end up starting another sourdough. 🤣🥖

Everyone on the sofa together.
Everyone happy.
And absolutely nobody interested in what the other one is doing. 🤣🤣

Every now and then they shout at the TV…

Every now and then I say “YES!” at my laptop…

For completely different reasons. 😂

Just me and the boys this morning. 💕

Baked a fresh loaf and now we’re heading over to my brother’s for lunch and to spend some time with little Leo, my godson. 🥰

And yes… obviously I’m bringing bread. 😂

At this point, visiting me or being related to me comes with a very high risk of being handed a loaf of sourdough.

Nobody is safe. 🤣🥖

But honestly, this is exactly how I like my Saturdays.

Family, food, the boys together and nowhere we need to rush off to. 💗

My mentee Margaret in Ghana got another buyer today! 🎉🇬🇭

And of course I’m happy about the buyer… but I’m even happier for HER.

Because I get to see what happens behind the scenes.

Her dedication.
Her consistency.
The way she keeps showing up.
And especially the heart she has for helping other people. 💗

She is doing absolutely fantastic with her business and I just LOVE watching her grow.

These are the moments when being a mentor and coach feels extra special.

You can guide someone, support them and be there when they need you…

But THEY still have to do the work.

And Margaret is doing exactly that. 👏💗

Not everyone is going to understand the choices you make.

Some people will think you should do more.

Others will think you’re doing too much. 😂

And if you spend too much time listening to all of them, you can very easily forget to ask yourself what YOU actually want.

I definitely used to care more about what other people might think.

Now?

I listen, I think about it… and then I make the decision that feels right for me and my family.

Because they’re the ones actually living this life with me. 💗

You just need to know why they make sense for you.

You finally have an hour.

You sit down with your coffee thinking, Right… I’m going to get SO much done.

Then you answer one message.

Remember something you need to sort out for the boys.

Go into the kitchen to get something.

Notice something else that needs doing.

Check something “quickly” on your phone.

And somehow… half your hour is gone. 😂

Working from home has taught me something I actually have to remind myself of ALL the time:

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞?”

Instead I try to ask:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫?

Because when your home and your work are in the same place, there will ALWAYS be something else you could be doing.

The random thing you suddenly remembered can wait.

That message can probably wait.

And yes… sometimes even the sourdough can wait. 😂🥖

Pick ONE thing.

Finish it.

Then decide what deserves your attention next.

Yesterday was much more people-y 😂….meetings, conversations and hosting our info session last night.

Today I’m VERY happy to hide inside, learn, catch up on a few things and make bread. 😂💗
