Let the good times roll!

What a mission! We recently began the big move… packing up the workshop and shipping everything to Sweden. Mixed feelings, although very excited on the future this small workshop in the Worcestershire countryside started this journey. Lots of long days and nights developing new skis, working hard to perfect the artisan approach to ski building.
The UK workshop has been a small set-up, but it’s surprising how much equipment has been collected over the past 12 + years. Ski moulds, templates and custom tools which are now heading to our new home and carrying on with the next chapter for PFD.
Exciting plans ahead with new possibilities which we look forward to sharing with you!

The ski is light enough for speedy uphill performance without sacrificing skiability - handling mixed, steep, windblown, crusty pleasure skiing no problem and delivering big smiles in surprise pow and full spring slush.

Compared to other touring skis that I have used over the years, these are SOLID... I'm always pushing it to ski as low as possible which means some encounters with rocks...what would have been a nasty core shot on a ski with a thinner base didn't even leave that much of a mark - there's been a few times that I've looked at my bases after a nasty crunch and been surprised that I barely even need ptex.
