There’s something special about wrestling in the north.

You come to Umeå for the competition.
You step onto the mat.
You fight for every point.

And when the matches are over, there’s another kind of magic waiting outside.

🌌 The Northern Lights.

October is the perfect time to keep your eyes on the sky. If the conditions are right, you might just get to experience one of nature’s greatest shows.

So pack your wrestling gear.

Bring your team.

And maybe… bring a little extra space in your suitcase for a northern adventure.

WELCOME TO UMEÅ WRESTLING BATTLE.

LET’S GO. 👊🔥

01/09/2026

We know weigh-in information can get confusing — so let’s make it simple:

FRIDAY EVENING:

👉 Everyone can weigh in on Friday evening.

This is the easiest option if you want to get it done before competition day.

SATURDAY:

If you don’t weigh in on Friday, you can weigh in according to your competition category:

🟢 Senior GR / Senior FS / Senior WW
Saturday 11:30–12:00

🟢 FS 13–17 / WW 9–17
Saturday 15:00–17:00

🟢 All other categories
Friday evening is your weigh-in opportunity.

TRAVELLING FROM VAASA?

👉 If you’re travelling by ferry from Vaasa, your weigh-in will take place on the ferry.
‼️Medical checks will take place upon arrival at the arena.

Our recommendation?
If possible, weigh in on Friday and start competition day with one less thing to think about. 😉

More practical information, schedules and registration details can be found on our website.
