Procuritas and management shareholders have today entered into a share purchase agreement regarding the divestment of all shares in SEM to PHINIA. The Transaction is subject to approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products. The Transaction is expected to be completed during Q3 2025.

This is Daniel Magnusson, Project Purchaser at SEM! 🌟
Daniel plays a key role in our product development, working closely with different departments and suppliers to drive projects forward. No two days are the same – sometimes it’s meetings, sometimes it’s travel, but always full of exciting challenges.

With the flexibility to work from home, he finds a great balance between work and private life. Outside of SEM, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and his children – and he’s always busy with a renovation project, whether it’s his house or restoring classic vehicles. 🏡🔧🚗
