Just a reminder that the beginner's course starts tonight (4th May)! Just come to Blåsbo IP at 18:30 (there should be a banner and a sign!).

What to bring: shoes/clothes you can run in, and water. (If possible, shoes with studs are best e.g. football boots, but not essential!). Come learn ultimate and enjoy the sun! 🌞

We are running another beginners course for adults this May!
If you are 16+ and looking for a fun sport to try, come and have a go! The course is totally free and open to all, with no sign up required.
