Our mission is to provide a universal yoga experience, encouraging both a healthy mind and a healthy body. Inner happiness, peace and calm already exist in all of us. We understand stress and worry can sometimes make that seem unattainable. It is our mission to help you find that stress-free moment and make it last as long as possible. At Utopia Yoga Studios we will provide a wide variety of yoga practices to ensure each student can find the balance they are looking for. Whether it is physical or mental, our professionally trained teachers will help guide you, through practice, to overcome each challenge and find that happy, healthy you. We want Utopia Yoga Studios to be a peaceful and positive environment where every student looks forward to his/her class/practice. We encourage our skilled teachers to explore their own teaching style and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience. By creating an open environment where students can explore many facets of yoga, we hope to expand the yoga community, decrease stress levels and increase overall health.

SOMETHING NEW IS COMING TO UTOPIA ✨

200 HOURS • 3 MONTHS • 4 WEEKENDS

This autumn, we’re taking our Yoga Alliance RYS 200 Teacher Training and offering it in a completely new intensive format.

This world needs more yoga teachers to share their tools and knowledge, but our course isn’t only for people who want to become yoga teachers. Maybe you’ve felt lost, burned out, and looking for something that is just for you, or you simply want to go deeper in your current practice and understand yourself better.

I believe we need more honest, caring souls with tools to make this world a little less stressed. Whether you eventually teach those tools or simply carry them into your own life, they matter.

During these three months we’ll explore Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & Hot Yoga, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, breathwork, nervous-system regulation, sequencing, assisting, and much more.

You’ll also receive 3 private mentoring sessions with Jerrica. She is currently training as a samtalsterapeut, and excited to bring more of that knowledge around stress, conversation and emotional wellbeing into this training.
