SSQ Award

Service and Quality SSQ Award evaluates the service and quality in participating companies throughout the year accoring to the SSQ Award Criteria.

All results are confidential, ecah participant gets access to only their own results in detail but also benchmarking with the other participants in their category. SSQ gives recognition and awards to companies achieving high results and a jury gives honorable mentions to good role models. The company receiving the highest score regardless of category also receives a service training for their employees.
