Triguard Sg

Triguard Sg started off with a group of students in Nanyang Polytechnic Lifesaving team where they took up the additional disipline of triathlon sports.

At Triguard, our training programs cater to students of all swimming standards. We strive to provide the most effective coaches and efficient trainings to all of our students. Triguard Sg focuses more on the swimming component, both still and open waters, trainings are done in a safe and controlled environment
