A group of cyclists were seen being stopped by the authorities along West Coast Highway in the early hours of Aug. 15.
Summon action was taken against 13 individuals for using a bicycle on a road during the hours of darkness without displaying the required white light at the front and/ or red light or red reflector at the rear.
