Consistency throughout the years and nothing too crazy! I have not been lifting weights that much this year as well and have just been doing home bodyweight workouts. Lost some muscle mass for sure.

However am still making better food choices on most days and definitely do enjoy my food on some days. I have not touched sugary canned drinks for like the last 5 years and probably just sipped on a glass on 1-3 occasions.

There are days where I do bloat and my tummy would expand into a ball. Especially 1 week before my period and during, but it’s perfectly normal for a woman. Weight fluctuates every day and second. Focus on measuring inches instead. 🙂

It’s really all about consistency and incorporating exercising, making better Whole Foods choices and eating in moderation into your daily life! YOU CAN DO IT!💪🏼

Day 68/90
How’s everyone coping? I was watching the BTS speech at the 75th UNGA last evening and it was such a heartfelt message. I guess everyone felt the same way although we are all in different situations.

The messages were very relatable and I just want to share with you guys some of my takeaways.
1. “Thinking about the future and trying hard are all important. But cherishing yourself, encouraging yourself and keeping yourself happy is the most important.” - Jin
2. “In a world of uncertainty, we must cherish the importance of “me”, “you” and “us”. - Jin
3. “Now more than ever, we must try to remember who we are, and face who we are. We must try to love ourselves, and imagine the future.” - RM
4. “Our tomorrow may be dark, painful, difficult. We might stumble or fall down. BUT the stars shine brightest when the night is darkest. If the stars are hidden, we’ll let the moonlight guide us. If even the moon is dark, let our faces be the light that helps us find our way.” - RM
5. “The night is always the darkest before the first light of dawn.” - RM

Day 53/90
In these past 5 years, I am just so glad that exercising has become part of my lifestyle habit. Like IF I go for 1-2 weeks without exercising, my body will always give this 'irky' feeling (like an alarm) that I need to workout right now or the next day when I wake up.

My initial 90 days goal was to workout at least 1hr a day but it was only sustainable for me for the first few weeks. And working out 2-3 times a week is what's sustainable for me, so I have been sticking to this regime so far. I feel great. I feel good about it. Most importantly I feel good about myself and I am healthy!

My vertigo hasn't attacked me for awhile now. I probably only got it once like I think about 2 weeks ago. It is not happening as often now and I would like to choose to believe that the Lord has already healed me completely.

Current motto: One Day At A Time!💪🏼

Day 51/90
Monday class & workout done! How's everyone's Monday? Remember to take things one step at a time.

GVO!💪🏼💜

Day 48/90
Life hasn't been easy for everyone during this uncertain times and we just have to keep moving forward.

Don't beat yourself up if you're not making any progress in your fitness goals or your career. Just focus on yourself and focus on the things that make you happy - be it through music or exercising. Do what you can each day.

It's okay if you do not have a dream today. Just live and take things one day at a time. Don't look around at other people's achievements and talk yourself down. You Do You!💪🏼💜

Day 06/90 & Day 07/90
I took a break from my 1hr workout for my body to repair yesterday but still did the 2L of water intake. And I resume the workout today.

Body feels much stronger after taking a 1 day rest. Still got a long way to go.💪🏼

This year, I have not been working out as much as I used to due to a new medical condition that I contracted in January - which is called [Vertigo]. Some of you might have heard of this condition before and some of you might not have. It’s a condition where you will feel really dizzy out of a sudden and the world around you is spinning like crazy — which you will eventually feel nausea and vomit if it’s bad. It is often caused by an inner ear problem or it may be associated with other reasons (or with age and for no known reason).

So happened today, by God’s divine appointed time this friend of mine came to pay me a visit. We chatted and I shared with her about this symptom that I contracted this year. And being amused by God’s divine grace of being placed at the right place and right time — With her physio knowledge and skills, she helped me. Well I pray that whatever she did for me today will stop the symptom from returning. Thank you Jesus in advance!

She’s also a fitness trainer like myself and we spoke about collaborating. So I will be challenging myself by tapping onto her main program called the ‘PowerHour90’ to re-train my physical body.
- 1hr Workout Daily for the next 90-days
- 2L of water daily
