Trouble never looked so fine! Krav Maga is such an adrenaline boosting sport and not to mention it gets me to be agile, quick and defensive when needed. Learning self-defence is an essential skill which I strongly believe every girl and woman needs to adopt. You never know when you need it!

Which one looks more fashionable?

Which one looks more functional?

I get it, the thicker and more cushioned the shoes are, the taller and more balanced you feel?

Our nerves form a neurochemical feedback mechanism that constantly keeps the brain advised of our surroundings. When we are standing, walking of running, the soles of our feet are the only part of our bodies in touch with the ground.

When you want to learn to be more versatile, develop more variability in loaded movements and of course getting stronger and age healthily, which tool does it the best in the water? in my humble opinion of course. You learn to inject your creativity in these movements and move with power yet gracefully.

Describe your 2021 in 1 word or emoji.

My 2021 was definitely better than 2020.

So, why was 2021 better?

I said many sorries and meant them.

I learnt from the mistakes I made and forgave myself.

I forgave those who did me wrong.

I loved myself.

I read more.

I was more patient.

I was more curious.

I became a less controlling daughter.

I was set free from bondages.

I received miraculous breakthroughs.

And the list goes on…

Lastly, I am grateful I am still alive and my parents are happy and healthy.

I am thankful for what I have.

2022 is going to be much bolder and braver.

*Imposter Syndrome Alert*

Imposter Syndrome is not a superpower.

Having Imposter Syndrome is not a good thing.

But 70% of people have it. And good people have it.

Do you want to conquer it or manage it?

IF SO, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

A cookie cutter approach does not fix imposter syndrome. And it’s not to be fixed overnight.

Someone asked me today “why are you self-sabotaging?

The question caught me by surprise honestly.

“I thought I have a growth mindset and I am constantly improving myself so how am I sabotaging myself?”

When some stranger I met who shared a safe space with me connected with me told me that it had to be true. There was brutal honesty and it was as if he saw through me.

“You have ginormous potential and you can truly be the change you want to see.”

It was then I realised I am not my great achievements.

I am an incredible person who deserve to be happy and enjoy the success I have worked so far. Well said ❤️
