I don’t want to give up everything I enjoy.”
Almost every woman says this. And then in the same breath — “but I’m cutting carbs next week” or “I’m doing a two-week alcohol detox.” 🌿
I’ve watched this pattern more times than I can count.
The detox that lasts twelve days. The no-carb month that ends in a weekend of eating everything in sight. The restriction that felt like discipline — until it didn’t.
I understand it. I’ve been there too.
So here’s what I actually do instead-When I build a plan I always ask what she loves. The rice she grew up eating. The wine at Friday dinner. The sweet at every family celebration she can remember.
Not to eliminate them. To make them intentional.
Because a woman who eats what she loves — consciously, without guilt, without the binge that follows restriction — will always outlast the woman on a plan that took everything away.
The goal was never perfection. It was a foundation strong enough that the dessert on Sunday, the glass of wine on Friday — none of it derails her.
That’s what sustainable looks like. And that’s the only plan worth building.

Grateful for this one. 🌿
I started this work from a deep personal place — my own health journey, my own confusion, my own search for answers that actually made sense for a woman’s body.
Kasia | growgreat | AI Marketing Architect founder of Inside Singapore described it better than I often do myself.
A yoga and nutrition practice for women 35 to 60+. Perimenopause , menopause, hormonal shifts, changes in weight and energy. One plan — built around your cycle, your lifestyle and your goals.
This is for every woman who has ever felt like her body is working against her. Who has done everything right and still feels stuck. Who has been told her bloods are normal — and known something was off anyway.
Almost two decades in — and I’m more convinced than ever that when a woman truly understands her own body, everything changes.

Comparison isn’t always the enemy. 🌿
Sometimes it sparks something beautiful — a glimpse of what’s possible, a quiet motivation, a nudge toward a better version of yourself.
But most of the time it comes from somewhere much harder.
The inner critic. The self-doubt. The voice that measures your worth against someone else’s results — without knowing a single thing about what she went through to get there. Her sacrifices. Her biology. Her season of life. Her story.
Comparison from that place isn’t motivation. It’s a quiet unkindness you’re directing at yourself. Every single day. I have myself been there and watching so many social media fitness influencers in the last few years thinking “how do they get this and not me”
Nobody told me we were starting from completely different places inside our bodies. Different hormones. Different family responsibilities . Different histories. Same effort — genuinely different biology.
And the most exhausting part? Comparison doesn’t take a day off. It shows up at the gym, at dinner, scrolling at midnight.
So here’s what I want you to hear.
You are a different woman, in a different body, on a different journey. The only comparison worth making is with who you were yesterday.
We are not competing with each other.
We never were. 🌿
