As the year draws to an end, I'm getting busier and busier helping my clients reach their fitness goals and dream Post-Circuit Breaker bodies! But its great being in the gym again and being busy!
Haven’t done deadlift for a long time. Hitting 4 plates for 2 reps and finish off with some high volume 3 plates for 10 reps. Staying lean and growing stronger is the goal.

Looking back at my old prep videos, this was 3 weeks out from stepping onstage for my competition in 2018. Indeed it was the hardest prep I had to undergo to get the best result I ever had, period.
Honestly, I may not be anywhere close to this now. Focusing on mobility work and work with whatever weights I have while waiting for fitness gyms to reopen, to access all the hard-hitting heavy weights for kick-ass workouts. Building a strong body is always the ultimate goal for me, to challenge myself to craft the body I’m proud of through sheer dedication and efforts.
