Since I started my career in the field of health & fitness, 10years ago; the goal I have been striving continuously towards is to substantiate my passion for this field & my day to day learning & experience, with a strong foundational knowledge of the field; in order to be able to bring the best to my clients.
Today I am immensely proud to share that I have been able to achieve a landmark step in this direction by completing my M.Sc. in Sports Science specialising in Strength and Conditioning (S&C) from the prestigious St. Mary’s University, London.
The journey towards this degree was challenging; especially managing my professional commitments & my family & responsibilities while simultaneously working on my course and thesis; but it was worth every moment of it.
Now I am even more excited and look forward to applying the knowledge gained during the course!
