Energize your life, with Fitness Focus!
We have divided the programme into 3 aspects:
🤜 Physical Bootcamp Course (10sessions) in the morning
🤜 Basic Statics + HIIT on Saturday evenings
🤜 Personal Coaching via Zoom with diary, quizes and para-counselling support
Our programmes are suited for working professionals who deal with clients, students and customers, are introverted in their natural states and require gentle and positive support.
"Be strong enough, to be gentle." - Peter Cullen
And often, the gentle ones are those who know what strength entails. It's not the ease of the situation that makes one strong, rather, it's the pressing on through the rough. Let's do this together.

Just a happy spontaneous introductory session on TRX and Suspension trainers. ;)
I occassionally open up free classes in my groups to value-add and allow participants to try something new with no barrier to entry besides having willingness and humility to learning.

Working out dealing with strength training routines can help with your overall sense of well-being, as well as actually helping your physical functions.
Getting into the shapes and the body compositions would essentially be about the proper programme that stimulates, supports and pushes growth, adaptation and development. However, that's huge topic that'll take time to convey.
You simply, just got to have some strength training put in as it helps us age and mature in life gracefully. Y'know, people are going to say that fitness and wellness is expensive, isn't that pretty much what they say about health/sick-care and such? So if you can... choose the former, because it's something that works on quality of life and living.
But then again...
No access to the gym or haven't been doing such programmes?
Try incorporating these exercise into your routine.
Transformative exercises.
1) Push Ups
Do your best to keep your shoulders down and back, while closing 'the chicken wing'
2) Squats
Many types for many shapes, but what you really want is to feel engaged in the bu**um and the legs. Less on the back.
3) Paused Crunches
Pausing at the top and going down steadily
4) Lunges
For those with joint issues, you may want to start off with reverse lunges and having a wall or steady support.
5) Pull ups
Regardless of the variations involved, whether you're doing it angled or with the aid of bands and harnesses (or human support), work with a good grip and with conscientious stabilising of the body first. Surely, working progressively and conscientiously it'll help in the gains safely.
