Coach Yuva’s Functional core strength, agility, speed, psychomotor coordination and balance program focuses on various aspects of youth athletic and fitness development.
Apart from the traditional strength-focused workouts, we incorporate a wide variety of training modality and methodology to create athletes that are strong, quick, agile and decisive in their respective sports. In addition, we aim to constructively overload our athletes’ cognitive capacity by adding visual and audio instructions as they perform complex movements.
This in turn allows for cognitive and physiological adaptation, training athletes to be better able to deal and react to quick-changing situations and their environment.
