🥋🎮 What a fantastic day at the Singapore Open Taekwondo Championships 2026 - Virtual Taekwondo Carnival Event!

Despite registration opening only on the event day, over 30 participants signed up before registration closed to experience the exciting world of Virtual Taekwondo. 🎊

From first-timers to experienced athletes, everyone gave their best, embraced the challenge, and most importantly, had fun. It was encouraging to see so many participants enjoying this unique blend of sport and technology.

A big thank you to the Singapore Taekwondo Federation for inviting Han Academy to support and manage the Virtual Taekwondo Carnival. We are grateful for the opportunity to introduce more athletes and the wider Taekwondo community to Virtual Taekwondo.

🇲🇾🥋 Following the successful Thailand Leg of the Southeast Asia Virtual Taekwondo Series 2026 (SEA VTKD Series 2026), which brought together participants from 11 countries, the series now moves to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for its second stop.

Han Academy and Han Foundation are proud to collaborate with Primajaya Taekwondo Club for the 1st Virtual Taekwondo Championships, taking place on 20–21 June 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 🌏

Athletes, coaches, teams, and supporters from across the region are invited to join us for another exciting weekend of Virtual Taekwondo competition and camaraderie.

🏆 Besides the medals awarded by the Organising Committee, all Virtual Taekwondo Gold Medalists will receive an exclusive commemorative gift sponsored by Han Academy and Han Foundation, specially created for the winners of the Malaysia Leg.

🌏🥋 The Thailand Leg of the Southeast Asia Virtual Taekwondo Series 2026, held in conjunction with the 12th Tirak Taekwondo International Tournament 2026, was a tremendous success.

Athletes, coaches, and teams from 11 countries — India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam — came together to compete, learn, and celebrate the growing Virtual Taekwondo community in our region.

🏆 Sponsored by Han Academy and Han Foundation, a total of 11 Virtual Taekwondo champions walked away with special cash prizes of US$100 each.

🥇 Congratulations to Team Malaysia, led by Master Tony Lee, for emerging as the Overall Champion of the Virtual Taekwondo competition and receiving the US$100 Team Champion Award.

Thank you to Tirak Taekwondo, the Organising Committee, officials, volunteers, coaches, athletes, and supporters who helped make this event possible.

Gold medalists in the Virtual Taekwondo events, as well as the top participating team, will receive special cash prizes of US$100 each. Participating teams can also look forward to special offers on VTKD Sets during the event.

Han Academy, Official Distributor of Virtual Taekwondo, together with Han Foundation, is working with local partners across Southeast Asia to promote and grow the Virtual Taekwondo ecosystem through the newly launched Southeast Asia Virtual Taekwondo Series 2026 (SEA VTKD Series 2026). 🥋🌏

The Series aims to connect multiple local events across the region while allowing each event to retain its own identity as part of a unified regional circuit.

The first official leg is planned to take place as part of the 12th Tirak Taekwondo International Tournament 2026, held in Bangkok, Thailand from 30 May to 1 June 2026, in collaboration with our local partner, Tirak Taekwondo.
