Introducing coach Cas & Jordan!

The duo making sure every WHOLE class is wholesomely challenging and rewarding from start to finish. 💪🏼

Whether it’s pushing you through that last rep (and maybe one more), keeping your form in check, or bringing twice the energy and attention to every session — expect double the eyes, double the intensity.

Catch them in our WHOLE classes, running every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday!

Fun facts about our coaches:

Cas: Currently trying to become an avid runner without arguing with herself halfway through the run.

Jordan: His go-to dinner is 2 cans of Ayam chilli tuna and 4 packets of Meiji biscuit, somehow clocking roughly 55g of protein.
