Had these yummy roasted boneless chicken thighs the other day!! Had 1.5 of these + some tofu for my protein 🍗😋

If you're lazy to cook like me but still want to be fitter, these pre-marinated chicken thighs are just perfect because you just need to pop the frozen meats into an airfryer for 15 to 20min!!

If you're trying to lose weight, I recommend removing the skin though! The chicken itself is still very juicy and yummy even without it 🥰

Got this Labnosh protein bar from !!

This is actually pretty tasty, not dry at all! This will be great, especially if you love peanut butter! It tastes just like one of those peanut candy/snack from my childhood!

Calories: 155kcal, not too bad for a bar!
Protein: 7g, not as high as other protein bars in the market though.

Definitely a good alternative to the usual chocolate bars/less nutritious snacks! 😄🫶

My second-time purchase!! As you guys already know, for optimal results, you need to increase your protein intake and control your calorie intake if you have any kind of fitness goal!

These protein chips are pretty good, and can be used as a healthier snack replacement! I feel like they're not dry at all, like how usual protein chips tend to be. Calories and protein content are also pretty good for chips!

Calories: ~130kcal/bag
Protein: ~15-17g/bag

My favourites are cheese, French onion and seaweed!

Got them from lazada during the sale!

Carbs are not the enemy! They're really important if you have any kind of fitness goals. But the question is what kind of carbs you're choosing! Is it fried with oil? Baked with butter? Drenched in sauce?

New find from Fairprice! Got all three flavours to try so I can't write a review on them.

The macros are pretty good, at 68 calories and 15g protein for the entire bottle! 🤩

Unfortunately... I really didn't enjoy the taste and texture (texture!?) these drinks. I felt like they taste very strange and leave a very dry sensation in my mouth with every gulp 🥺

However, this might just be my personal opinion! One of my clients tried it and she actually loved it! She said it's quite similar to the Glaceau Vitamin Water 🍹

The price was about $4.90+ if I'm not wrong. That's ok for a high protein product. I MIGHT get the Lemon Lime one again if I'm in dire need of a low calorie protein option, but otherwise, I don't think I'll drink it again 😅🙅
