In this reel I'm addressing why Working out is important not because it helps you stay in shape but in lot of other ways. Do watch this reel and share it as much as you can.
Weekends are my favorite๐
Not just because it's a no working day and I get to chill at home or spend time with my family but it's also a time to take care of yourself and pamper yourself a bit, because you definitely deserve one!
So I make sure that I do face yoga massage 3 to 4 times in a week and let me tell you, why:
- It reduces the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles
- Reduces puffiness
- Stimulates the Lymph nodes
- Releases happy hormones
- Increases blood circulation on the entire face.
- Improves skin texture
- Relaxes muscle tension in the face
- Aids in lymphatic drainage

And a lot more
Our face also goes through a lot throughout the week hence it's necessary to relax it and pamper it with all the goodness.

Well this reel is of Nov 2020 when I had got a really nasty hamstring injury during a workout, even after all the healing & recovering process I made sure not to skip my workouts and it's not because I am a workout fanatic or I cannot live a day without doing workout. But, there is a strong reason behind it and that is small movement help your body heal and decreases the chances of building up injured tissues.
I'm not saying to stress your injured area and worsen it but do gentle movement there and let rest of your body move and workout normally.
Because skipping workouts is not a solution if that would have been then why post injury, surgery or pain we would go to a physiotherapist?
Ask yourself this and start moving even if you're in pain, but later this will surely help your body.

And if you think you are doing right by working out without eating anything then let me tell you are WRONG!! This is not how it works.
Your pre-workout meals are very very important. Good nutritious rich pre-workout meals can help your body perform better and recover faster after each workout. Not only this the optimal nutrient intake prior hitting the workout will also minimize muscle damage.
Hence make sure you don't skip your pre-workout meal just like your post-workout meal. It'll surely benefit your body in long run and giving you amazing results.
