最近不少新加坡小型健身房“出奇招”，利用独特的健身器材及课程，吸引消费者。

位于乌节路基督教青年会（YMCA）大楼底层的Exergame 4D（图1），便声称是新加坡首个结合投影和感应技术的健身房，用高端科技让运动不再无聊，更加酣畅淋漓。

Exergame 4D创办人之一是新加坡歌手沈志豪，他也是健身房总教练，负责策划所有训练。沈志豪说，健身房概念与技术源自韩国，他在疫情期间只透过网络会议与韩方沟通，就认为这类运动是未来趋势，决定跟其他创办人投资六位数，把它引进新加坡。

2016年开业的Bbounce Studio（图2）是新加坡首家弹体健身（rebounding）中心，主打弹跳床运动，创办人是前国家游泳队员陈锦扬。他花两三个月筹划“弹跳鞋”健身课程，于11月底推出，反应相当热烈。

位于如切的Foxx（图3-4）也在2022年11月开业，跟Exergame 4D一样，提供独特的沉浸式训练体验，健身房环境昏暗，学员运动时会播放强劲音乐搭配灯光效果。📸：龙国雄
