”STRENGTH DOES NOT COME FROM WINNING. YOUR STRUGGLES DEVELOP YOUR STRENGTHS. WHEN YOU GO THROUGH HARDSHIPS AND DECIDE NOT TO SURRENDER, THAT IS STRENGTH.“

Purpose
Every session has intention and aim. Define clear goals: strength, endurance, skill, or recovery. What am I achieving today?
Actionable
Training selection, duration and intensity must be realistic and executable. Focus on what can be done consistently, not just aspirational and trendy exercises.
Controlled
Every movement, repetition and volume must be deliberate, measured, and disciplined. Respect recovery and avoid overtraining. Maintain form, tempo, and focus to maximize efficiency.
Enjoyable
Find pleasure and engagement in each session. Celebrate small wins, keeps motivation alive. Enjoyment ensures sustainable consistency over time.
PACE - Know why, plan realistically, move with control, and enjoy the process.

As I was listening to this episode, this sentence stood out immediately and resonated a lot with me. Sometimes, we try to force the results we want and end up being frustrated or worse, get hurt. We have to have patience and consistency. Let the results come. You’ve put in the work. You’ve put in the effort. That’s all we can control.
And if you think about it, beyond running and training, this sentence applies to life as well. Live and let live. Stop stressing over things that cannot be controlled. Let life happen.
Have a listen to the podcast. It can bring a whole new motivation to your training.

Flashback. This was a two-year journey. Patient. Put in the work. Training and nutrition. Including animal moments and mobility work as well. No hurry. No deadline. Let the results come.

Like a plant, you have to be patient. Nurture it. Give it the necessary nutrients, water it and give it time. Be discipline and consistent. And it will bear fruit. Don’t expect instant results. Don’t force it. Be consistent and patient. .
