With 18 years of experience across five Olympic cycles, our final Keynote Speaker for SSP x SSEM 2024 is Mr Danny Kerry MBE, who has established himself as an outstanding leader in Olympic and performance sports.

Danny's coaching record includes an Olympic Bronze in London 2012, European Gold in 2015, and Olympic Gold in Rio 2016, making him the most successful coach in British Hockey history.

Honored with a "Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)" in 2017 and inducted into the UK Coaching Hall of Fame, Danny has also received the Sam Mussabini medal for continuous success on the world stage.

In addition to coaching, Danny provides consultancy to national sporting bodies, focusing on leadership and high-performing teams, with clients including The Football Association (FA) and the England Rugby Team.

In his keynote, Danny will share how an integrated support system for coaching can help enhance the performance and potential of athletes.

Our next featured Keynote Speaker for the SSP x SSEM Conference 2024 is Dr Ong Chin Wei, who is a Behavioural Scientist at performance psychometric provider, Mindflick.

Dr Ong Chin Wei has spent 8 years with City Football Group, including Manchester City FC, managing performance science research and application work.

As a former psychologist at the Singapore Sports School, Dr Ong has extensive experience working with different athletes and is in a unique position to distil insights from professional football into the Singapore context.

Dr Ong will be sharing more about how people play a crucial role in the development of high-performing environments in Sport.
