Doing Nirvana Fitness in water is another level of experience. ❤️

Especially if we go to the beach , under the sun, sea and sand with the blue sky white clouds around you. The soft sand is going to challenge your balancing and the water is giving you extra force and distraction in your mind.

Completed my Nirvana Fitness at the beach. I feel powerful. Breathe.

A smile is the best makeup you can wear. And Sunshine is one of the best accessory that I would always want to bring along.

Just some sunscreen applied at home and one time when I reached the beach just on my face. Arghh I love 🔆 and 👙to tan but I am lazy to apply sunscreen. I know the importance of it. But I did try my best at least my FACE.
