Our latest 500 session stars are truly repping and rocking as they know they’ve been where not many have been before. We love their consistency, hard work and we truly look forward to spending more time with them 🙌🏻🙌🏻

APRIL MEMBER OF THE MONTH: SHAYN⭐️

Need we say any further...? Shayn is undistinguishable from his mad efforts in sessions everyday, especially when it comes to lifting weights, where he can always be expected to stack and pile on the plates 🔥 But what we love about Shayn is that he’s far from being your favourite gym bro - having come around from some injuries previously, he actually gets methodical with his lifts, trying to rely on good technique as much as he can and is always open to advice on improving efficiency in his lifts. Shayn’s strength and power truly comes from years of hard work, consistency and being conscientious with all that he does in the gym, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed! This month, we just felt like we had to give him a shout💙

We asked him why he loves BFT and he said: “Shout out to all the BT coaches for the morning sessions - especially Emma, Nell, Sya, In, and Shiying. BFT Bukit Timah is my preferred location due to their attention to detail and insights to help people improve on their fitness journey, no matter the level. It might not be the biggest or newest gym, but the quality of their coaching is top tier. Still hitting PB’s at 45!”

Feels like a really long 4 years (and yet short at the same time) since our doors opened for the first time, and we can’t believe the number of members who are still with us since Day 1, and the ones who have stayed along the way no matter when you started 💙

We’re looking forward to celebrating our 4th together with you with a big Strength Endurance session (one of BT’s favourites too!) 🎉
