Day 07 in Beijing.

Day 06 in Beijing. We spent the morning visiting Tiananmen Square and exploring the magnificent Forbidden City, gaining a deeper appreciation of the city’s rich history and culture. After lunch at Nanluoguxiang, we returned for our final day of classes. The afternoon included an engaging pointe class with a focus on turns, followed by an intensive 2.5-hour session of Vaganova Method technique. It was both challenging and rewarding. A fulfilling and memorable way to bring our exchange classes to a close.

Day 04 in Beijing. Dancewear shopping, followed by lunch and started our long 8 hours of dance classes. From stretching to muscles engagement to pointe technique to a full class focusing on turns and jumps. It was a tiring and challenging day.

Day 03 in Beijing. We started with PBT conditioning to strengthen and engage key muscle groups, followed by a tiring and challenging technique class, then finished with a stretching class. In the evening, we watched a Chinese acrobatic performance showcasing impressive strength, balance, flexibility, and control.

Meanwhile our little ones are working hard in Singapore!!

Day 02 in Beijing. We spent the morning sightseeing at the Temple of Heaven and exploring Qianmen Street, enjoying the local food and atmosphere. In the afternoon, we began our first day of classes with nearly five hours of dance, focusing on groove choreography and hip hop.

Day 01 in Beijing. We arrived, went for a walk around Wangfujing, explored, shopped, and enjoyed local food, including Peking duck.
