8:00 AM: Gates Open
8:30 AM: Registration and Safety Briefing
9:00 AM: Circuit orientation
9:30 AM: Circuit opens
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break and track set up
1:00 PM: Gymkhana orientation
1:30 PM: Gymkhana course opens
5:30 PM: Circuit closes
