Just a few months ago, our in-house F45 Macpherson Relay Team dominated the Relay U40 with a 1st place win, and today history repeats itself — this time by our powerful O40 Relay Team (Lydia, Pei Ying, Jess & Zhi Ling) who claimed 1st place and brought home the championship flag! 👑💪

And a special extra shout-out to Lydia, who went all out and secured another Hyrox flag with her Corporate Relay Team yesterday! Absolute machine energy! 🔥

From Serangoon, our Women’s Double Team (Isabelle & Linda) smashed their HYROX debut with a 2nd place podium, bringing back double flags to F45 Serangoon SGS! ICONIC performance for a first-timer pair! 🤩🏁💙
