Michelle came to UFIT at the beginning of last year after sustaining a glute injury. She built a strong holistic team around her, first working with UFIT Physio, Jade () and then training with Dylan (.not.broken), to help build strength, get her confidence back, and recover from injury. πŸ‘Š

Fast forward two years, Michelle has moved 250kg on multiple occasions due to her relentless pursuit to move a β€œcar”.

Michelle said: β€œIt really took me on a humbling journey to realise that I understood how strong my body was and what it was capable of, but I also saw the importance of exercising correctly, recovering properly, and being really patient with my body.” 😌
