Better than anything impressive that a good story can weave together, your life story is a plot of wisdom and grace β written by God - the best author of all.
ππ» Imagine every twist of the plot is for the best outcome. Every unexpected event or new character is a tool of His grace. And each new chapter in your story advances His purpose in your life!
Even if you think your story is becoming predictable, but the mysteries of Godβs providence came into play, forcing it both in uncharted and new directions. Even if you canβt see a satisfying ending yet... take heart β€οΈπͺπ»β€οΈ God is writing your story to completion.
His providence can, at times, read like a mystery novel; but in the end, His story line for those who trust Him is always filled with wonders and victories.

Everyday is a gift from God πβ€οΈ Imagine this: Each new day, we get a reset button! Meaning we get another opportunity to reinvent ourselves, a fresh chance to make better choices, serve others better, and simply live better.
This perspective gives me a clear direction on how I can invest in my day. It motivates me to seek and activate the potential gifts (given by the Holy Spirit) that can empower me to become a blessing to others.
It can be a gift of encouragement where you are able to speak refreshing and life-giving words to others. It can be God-given enthusiasm where you feel passionately about certain issues or ideas that can drive a positive change. Or it can be a skill or talent that enables you to use them for the good of others and the glory of God.
This is what God calls you to every day. To delight in the everyday gifts that He provides for you!

On my journey of discovering the best version of myself I have come to realise that I often fall into the trap of thinking that I can already guessed what are the possible outcomes. But the Lord never fails to surprise me. It often exceeds my wildest expectations of how He works in His own time and in surprising ways!
With God, it's always onwards and upwards β¨β€οΈ So don't judge your journey before it's over.
Isaiah 58:11
The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered π± garden, like an ever-flowing spring.

Eating smart starts with planning for it. Setting S.M.A.R.T goals can propel your eating habits to the next level! Here're some examples:
1. Are you trying to cook fresh meals more often?
Try this goal ππ» I will cook a meal from scratch for dinner this week. I will do this every Friday.
2. Want to make healthier meals at home?
Try this goal ππ»I will use one of these different cooking methods (bake, broil or steam) each week.
3. Trying to eat healthier snacks?
Try this goal ππ»I will have a piece of fruit (apple, banana, blueberries) or a handful of nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds) instead of having biscuits or toast with coffee as a snack.
How to get "SMART"?

Wellness comes in many forms - physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental.
To me, the three most essential ones areππ»
π Spiritual Wellness: Spending time with the Lord through reading and hearing His Word gives me the most satisfaction out of my day.
π Emotional Wellness: Empowering myself with optimism, practising self-forgiveness and learning to let go of matters that are not within my control.
π Physical Wellness: Getting 8 hours of sleep, eating nutrient-rich meals, and doing my favourite sports rejuvenates me from head to toe.
