Week 8 - Crossing the Finish Line
We are in the FINAL WEEK of the RESET Challenge!
This is the last stretch and also the time we log in our scan to check on our respective progresses!
This week is about progressing with purpose. You’ll experience explosive HIIT-style conditioning, focused upper and lower body strength work, longer aerobic efforts that test pacing.
Come in with intent. Train with awareness. Leave better than you arrived.

Week 7 - Riding the HIGH!
This week is all about pushing the limits of our STRENGTH & HEART in some of our programs which are in the FINAL progression!
Putting all the hours of Training to the test, move fast lift heavy and leave with our heads up high and never stop grinding!

Week 5 - Turning Up the Intensity!

This week is all about building control under fatigue, improving pacing, and finishing strong. You’ll be challenged to sustain effort for longer, stay composed as intensity rises, and own your positions across strength and cardio sessions.
Overall, this week is about composure under pressure. Pace smart, focus on quality, and trust that the work you’re putting in now is building serious capacity for the weeks ahead. Let’s go 🔥

Week 5 - Maintaining the Momentum
Big week ahead! It is going to be hard but we will be gradually ramping up our intensity and loading with our cardio and resistance programs.
Continue to show up everyday even when days which you don’t feel like! Your body will thank you later!
It is small little efforts which will add up to a greater outcome!

Week 4 - At the Halfway Point
Are we 4 weeks in or 4 weeks out? It’s a matter of perspective. It is the power of the human brain and what it can do to help us achieve great things (or fail).
As the weeks progresses, so is our intensity and loading.
Train well, eat well and more importantly, rest & recover well!
Stay hard and push on 💪🏻
