BP Benchmark 6 on 16-17 May at BP Sembawang was a weekend filled with hard lessons, breakthroughs, and a LOT of conversation. Seeing so many people care this deeply about BP Benchmark reminded us how much this thing has grown over the years.

What started out as a free add-on initiative to your regular gym session slowly became something you train for, look forward to, stress over, celebrate, and attach memories to. That means a lot to us.

Some walked away happy. Some frustrated. Some surprised. Some humbled. But regardless of how the weekend felt for you personally, we also don’t want to lose sight of the fact that there were still real moments that mattered across the weekend captured right here! 📸
