Feel so proud and happy for my client! Achievement might seem simple for some but coming from someone with commitments and issues is not easy. Glad to have her patience !!
Auntie Lisa came in with no exercise background, knee issue and scoliosis. With her conviction to improve her health and way of life, she decided to entrust for a better lifestyle.
After close to 10 sessions, she manage to achieve cycling motion which had been restricted by her confidence and injury.
15 sessions later, she appeared to the gym with smile all the time. Always looking forward with what is next in line for her with confidence. And now, she can finally do single leg squat ( limited ROM) ! Major achievement for her thou it might seem small to others.
With the right mindset and workout regime, anyone can achieve something !
