At TMS, our teachers are dedicated to injury prevention and proper training of technical details.

This is one of Teacher Paige’s FAVORITE exercises for the supporting leg, strengthening the ankles to support a high relevé and controlled landings of leaps and jumps. Try it out and see if you can feel a difference in your CONTROL & STABILITY! 💪

What a wonderful week of competition at Singapore Challenge Cup 🎉 Our TMS Collective dancers closed out their competition season brilliantly, bringing power, passion, and ENERGY to the stage with every routine. We are incredibly PROUD of their growth throughout the year, and already so very excited to see what the next competition season will hold! 🤩

Another fantastic competition weekend with our Movement Collective dancers! These determined young performers took the stage competing against local & international teams, and performing confidently in front of a panel of international judges. 🤩

All routines placed FIRST in their respective divisions and all dancers left inspired and energized by the atmosphere and talent that took the floor at Asia Scholastics Championships 🙌

We are so looking forward to and excited for the continued growth that lies ahead as we prepare for our upcoming final competition of the season. Send these hard-working some love in the comments! 💗💪
