🗣️ Thomas has a desk job and hasn’t exercised in years. He began to have lower back pain and went for his yearly health check. He found out that he has a slipping disc, which results in sciatic nerve pain. On top of that, he has high blood pressure. He came to me for a personalized coaching plan to help him get healthier, fitter, and stronger.

🦉 With the goal of developing a feasible workout strategy, he took action and started to see gradual improvement. Thomas is now physically fitter and continuously making great progress - his symptoms of high blood pressure have greatly improved and his sciatic nerve pain has reduced in intensity with his consistency and discipline. I truly am blessed to have the opportunity to be part of his inspiring transformation and as a bonus, we have forged a wonderful friendship along his fitness journey!
