Meet Matt, one of the coaches bringing the energy to BFT Dairy Farm 💪
From guiding you through your lifts to pushing you through that final set, Matt is here to help you train smarter, move better, and show up stronger every session.

"For a start, I love fitness because it gives me healthy body and sharp mind. On top of that, I love helping people become fitter and stronger so from there I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Seeing others improve in their health and fitness gives me a great sense of satisfaction. Especially since coaching at BFT, that satisfaction is just priceless.
Fave BFT program would be Pump! I enjoy the emphasis on strength, muscle isolation and endurance. It’s the perfect combination of challenging yourself while building strength and looking good 💪"

"My experience at BFT Dairy Farm has been nothing short of amazing. Joining here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. The coaches genuinely care about every member’s progress and always create a motivating and supportive environment. What really sets Dairy Farm apart is the strong sense of community — everyone encourages one another, regardless of fitness level. It’s become more than just a place to work out; it’s a place where I can challenge myself, stay accountable, and enjoy the journey of becoming fitter and healthier. As a shift worker, it can be challenging to maintain a consistent fitness routine. I always look forward to coming because it’s a chance to switch off from work and focus on myself.
