Lifehack for busy people who wanna get fit!! THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED POST!!

I can't live without my pre-marinated frozen vegetables! I meal prep, and all my meals require just 5 minutes to prepare!!

These vegetables are ready-to-eat after just 5 minutes in the microwave. I usually mix with with rice, and some protein (already pre-cooked beforehand. If you really have no time to cook, you can get ready-to-eat proteins as well) and voila!!

I got them all from Redmart!

Not everyone who comes to me for help wants to lose weight. There are some who need help gaining weight as well!

These group of people tend to consume more low calorie and high volume foods (very filling foods) in their normal eating habits, which explains why it's hard for them to eat more than they already are.

Here, I have given 2 strategies for you guys! Examples of food/drinks to add to your current diet, and switches you can make. Our goal here for you is to consume more calories in order to gain weight.

Personally, drinking your calories is the easiest way to gain weight, as they are not filling but contains quite a bit of calories, depending on the drink itself.

Portion sizes matter, no matter what your fitness goal is!

Your plate can still look full when you're trying to lose weight, but you'll have to adjust what to eat more and what to eat less of.

In general, vegetables tend to have lower calories, so you can have more when you're trying to lose weight. Lean protein also helps with satiety during weight loss.
