CONTROLOGY Pilates studio in Singapore. Lyn was drawn to Pilates because of its rehabilitation qualities and values. Movement was always a big part of her life.
At a young age Lyn began her career as classical and contemporary ballet dancer where she was able to perform and dance with various studios and performance teams. As part of the Bat-Dor Dance Company in Israel she participated in large repertoire of modern works while studying at the School of Arts in Tel Aviv.
