Meet Faye, my neighbour. Since 2021, Faye has been training with me and thanks to Covid. I got to know my neighbours. One of things is that convenience does help to ensure you stay with the regime. It's one of the reasons, why people would adhere to their routine. Faye has leverage on this and even more. Unless she is away or has another appointment, Faye prioritises her training. She also pushes me as she gets better each year and that drives me find creative and fun things to do together. Faye helped me create "Flexi Friday", our yoga flow to ensure that we keep with the flexibility and mobility to prevent injury or super tight muscles in our Kettlebell training. As you will see our series of Yoga flow since 2023. Thank you Faye🙏 Personal note : Your clients turns into your training buddie. They not only support your business, they care about their exercise regime and own it. They are intrinsically convinced of the benefits. Perfect for increasing endurance and boosting athletic performance, they target your shoulders, core, and legs. #kettlebelljerks #strengthandpower #strengthtrainingforwomen Personal note : I think Jerks are kinda strange to execute. But I do understand there are benefits to it, as said above. So I understand as a Personal trainer when some clients want to do what they like only - I get it. But I also try to explain that sometimes we do things we do not like but we know it has some good things to come of it. So, suck it up once in a while, and I do it myself - and may like it !
