Haven’t step into a proper gym for awhile.. Tried 3 different outlets after signing up this week.. Hope the eagerness,motivation.excitement & all don’t die down so soon haha.. Gotta say liking all the 3 outlets so far.. Not too packed, layout was good & comfortable even at the smaller ones.. This outlet at Seletsr Mall even provide selfie sticks haha..

Had time & started last week of Dumbbells version.. Personally like this program very much.. Kudos to
2 more days to go.. Taking this as a warmup/prephase b4 starting Anabolic.. 😊😊

14th Aug 2023: Probably the last day I can lift weights for the next 7 to 8 days.. Had time & slowly lifted at my office gym
1) Some Mobilty/Priming
2) Deadlift. Only did till 80kg as I'm trying not to use alternate grip.. Grip failed me at Set 5, 3rd rep..
3) Inclined Dumbbell Bench Press.. Tried to go slow & controlled.. 25kg looked very shaky..πŸ˜…
4) Bodyweight Dips
5) Face Pulls
6) Lateral Raises
7) Stretching

Hope I still can be consistent at least doing Bodyweight Workouts when I have no access to weights for awhile.. 🀞🀞😁😁

Have been going light & range from 12 to 15 reps for the past 6 weeks.. Finally started MAPS Performance.. Week 1 Foundational Day 1 done.. Trying to make my lifts looks all the same as I increase the weights.. Aiming for 5 seconds going down.. Didn't look smooth at all.. Nvm.. Practice makes perfect.. 😁😁

Managed to do MAPS Anabolic Phase 2, MAPs HIIT b4 striking the top prize again πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ€’πŸ€’.. 4 days total rest.. Fight again tomorrow.. πŸ˜πŸ˜„πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Been doing very little since I came back from my holiday.. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Throwback to last week
1) Only did my own workout twice last week
1 MAPS Anabolic, 1 dumbells HIIT also by Mindpump on YouTube..
2) Helped colleagues with weights
3) Conducted HIIT session

In 1 week, 1 17.5kg dumbell hit my boss on the chest while bench pressing
1 think pulled her right pec while carrying a 4kg kettlebell..
Really time to reflect how I conduct all the workouts.. Was it all my fault? I would say I should be responsible for it.. they trusted me & asked for my help & this happened.. Fortunately all were minor injuries..
Hope for a better week this week haha.. 🀞🀞😁😁

Throwback Holiday quickie.. We both attempted 15mins Dumbbell HIIT by Mindpump.. Guess staying at Air B&B has its pros.. I assume because there are residents living there, the gyms are better equipped than the normal hotel gyms?
Anyway glad we still did something.. Guess was 4 days of workout? Thanks for the Mrs for pushing me.. but by the 5th day I was really dead.. too damn tired.. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
