You know why I get mentally tired after my classes? Because one of my biggest focus is to teach you how to properly perform an exercise so you don't injure yourself! Exercise ex*****on is one of the most important things when training. Don't rush, focus on the ex*****on, not how fast you can execute it!

How strong are you? Happy weekend!
Mini band squats are a great exercise to target the glutes, quadriceps (the front part of your thighs), and hip adductor muscles (the inner part of your thighs).
Steps to properly execute a Mini Band Squat:
1. Place a loop band just above the tops of your knees
2. Lower your hips back and bend your knees into a squat formation and hold the positions
3. Return to a normal position pushing your heels. You should feel the activation of your glutes muscles.

BASE
rice (white, red or brown)

bulgur
PROTEIN
tuna
tofu
chickpeas
salmon
egg
chicken / meat (why not?)
SAUCE - be careful here
wasabi mayo
eel sauce
dragon aioli
pesto
vinaigrette
Add some green leaves and tomatoes to make it even more filling and healthier if you like
