Bedok Jetty.. a famous spot among specieshunters, due to its rich variety of species. Planned to go there already a couple of years ago, but, due to covid, plans changed. Felt good to finally drop some lines at the Jetty this evening.

Let see if something takes the worms..

Nice Ballerus sapa on this sunny Sunday!

In search of the Jacks for a week, last hour before the end of the trip, we hit the jackpot! The trick was to let the jig slowly drop to the bottom and reel in very fast (speedjig fast). Just before the jig hits the bottom, you feel the fish attack it. What a great feeling! I had 2 African Pompanos and 1 Leerfish, lost 1 pompano. Unfortunately we had to leave, while the bite was on. I used the new fiiish hypno cast jigs, which have a great action.
