Exciting dance and fitness news for a new year and a new beginning in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 @ St Ives in the Northern Suburbs!
The exciting news is our new Ladies & Kids - Dance & Fitness Centre will be opening soon! We have just finished completely renovating the three dance studios in our new centre in St Ives, and will be posting pictures with our team soon.
Come and join us in adult classes in Pilates Barre Dance, Fitness Dance, Pilates and Yoga.
Adult classes will start this week on Monday and Wednesday mornings, and children-teen classes will follow shortly.
Thank you for your companionship and support along the way.

Congratulations our student "N" attended Sydney Eisteddfod 2024 - Lyrical Dance solo competition!

Australia - Sydney Eisteddfod Contemporary Dance Duo or Trio 2024, Sydney Arts Festival Competition (Part 2) For the first time in my life, I danced on the same stage with my 2 daughters and participated in the arts competition, and performed on the same stage with all young "dance masters" from Australia. As a mother of 2 girls, I am very excited to win the bronze medal third prize in this competition - Welldone girls!

Australia - Sydney Eisteddfod Contemporary Dance Duo or Trio 2024, Sydney Arts Festival Competition.
For the first time in my life, I danced on the same stage with my two precious daughters and participated in the arts competition, and performed on the same stage with young "dance masters" from Australia. After 20 years, I stepped onto the professional stage again, and the pressure was really great!
As a mother of 2 girls, I also work hard to create modern dance. We are rehearsed, debated, quarreled, stretched our legs, sweated, endured pain together....., We are the youngest and the oldest contestants in the event. I am very excited to win the bronze medal third prize in this competition. Also thank you my dear husband for your full support behind the scenes! -May Yang
