And of courseโฆ the most anticipated moment โ parents (and older siblings) stepping in for the final round ๐ A little chaos, a lot of laughter, and a great reminder that learning can be both practical and fun.

Our ladies pushed through the stress, the confusion, and the constant repetition. And thatโs exactly where real confidence is built. ๐ฅ

This round, we pushed further โ introducing more common variations of knife slash attacks. It wasnโt easy. For some, it felt like a mental overload. But you stayed present, trusted the process, and pulled through together.
The goal was never perfection. It was understanding the key principles and disengage as quickly as possible. Quick exit. Stay alive. Get home. Thatโs the win.
