Definitely true. I swear after every run if you threw my clothes at a wall they would stick to it. Either that or they are so bad they attempt to crawl themselves to the washing machine.

Pulled a nice 45km loop around Tarragona Spain. Very hot day but great for trying out the Dynafit ultra 100 shoes.

Was looking forward to testing the new Motorola Defy Satellite Link - an extremely affordable way to stay connected and call help with no phone coverage. Sadly though 3 weeks on and Motorola havent delivered. Hope you sort out your logistics problems as this looks to be a super small and feature rich alternative to other devices out there such as Spot and Garmon InReach.

Sand training for upcoming races. Incredible how brutal it is trying to ‘run’ on sand. Makes each km feel like 5km.

Super hot day in Singapore. Nice run around Marina Bay while training for Al Andalus and topping off a 125km run week.
