Sometimes the best runs are not the new PRs but itβs whatβs is fulfilling and whatβs starts the morning well.
Working with Runninghour so far has been a joy, seeing the buddies smiling faces, running with them, sometimes they are also the ones that end up pushing me!
Super glad that I am having this fulfilling opportunity in this lifetime to give back and yet learn more.

Not every training session will go your way, sometimes an injury will hold you back. Just like today, went for a run feeling good and suddenly my ankle started feeling weird, decided to cut my losses and rest instead of pushing too far. Safety is always the most important aspect of training.

Sometimes once in awhile I get hit with a very eventful recovery run π
Today started off as a 2km run, went to eat dinner with friends and drank a cup of beer with a bowl of laksa. (Worst idea ever, lactose intolerant + my stomach is bad with spice)
Proceeded to continue running for 1km then had to run to mrt toilet, a planned normal 5km recovery ended up as a 6km eventful run.
NGL, itβs quite enjoyable.

This week is all about the Biceps, one of the more commonly known muscle that even those who doesnβt exercise would usually know.
