is easily dismissed as an over-used buzzword today. Most people see it as taking time off work, go on a holiday, visit the spa or gym, spend time on hobbies, hanging out with friends.
Yes, self-care is all those things, but it is much more than that. It's about knowing and honouring what *nourishes* you in every aspect of your life so that you have the *energetic capacity* to show up in life the way you want to in a sustainable way.
If you would like to do some *self-led* exploration around self-care, I have a 10-day Self-care Experiment for you.
You get a reflection prompt each day. You choose your start date and it is up to you how much time you want to spend on the prompt each day. You can do this alone or in a group with people you know.

I have a B-S thought attached to almost everything that I do and want to do.
Including posting on social media.
My usual B-S thoughts about posting on social media:
👉 B-S thought 1: "Your content sucks. Who the heck wants to read your posts?"
👉 B-S thought 2: "Your content is boring. What do you have to share that is different from what a gazillion people are saying?"
👉 B-S thought 3: "Creating content is a waste of time. Just hire someone to do it for you."
Some days, it's easier to stay there and wallow in negativity.
Some days, it's easier to call myself out and respond differently.
Some days, I don't notice any B-S thoughts popping up! I am just in flow and ease and doing my thing.
For the I have developed quite a few ways of responding to these thoughts whenever they pop up.
🌶 Responding with sarcasm (my fave)
🧐 Responding with curiosity (the one that I use with clients)
🔪 Responding with a challenge
🤓 Responding with a reframe
❤️ Responding with compassion
Which one do you like?
