Tokyo Disco has always been a favourite with the community and it is nice to see full classes again.
There's some semblance of the normalcy that we only had the chance to enjoy for one month, before we had to close 2.5 years ago.

Moonhopper was out of this world. Thinking about movement and loading up proportionate to our confidence level allows the body time to learn more about squats, sit-ups and lunges.
It also gives the body time to recover from the SoCal session on Saturday.
Striking the right balance between weights, resistance, cardio and recovery is what F45 is about. And with as the new Head of Athletics, the sessions will be more intentional.
